Turnkey build means one accountable partner from procurement through installation and commissioning. Eskimo builds cold stores with disciplined site practices, experienced installation teams, and standardized components proven in Gulf conditions. We coordinate refrigeration, insulation panels, doors, docks, electrical interfaces, and controls so the final facility behaves as one system.
What We Build

Builds may be independent units or central systems serving multiple zones. A cold store site is a hygiene and safety environment, not just construction. We follow clean work practices, site safety protocols, and structured testing before handover. We also document what was installed and how it was set, so future technicians don't waste time "rediscovering" the system during emergencies.
Warranty & Aftercare
We support our delivery with clear warranty and service practices: typically five years on sandwich panels and one year on refrigeration equipment. At handover we provide training and documentation, and we can continue with an AMC plan for long-term uptime. The handover is the start of predictable operation, not the end of our involvement.
